 		 : These are all Deluxe "Best of Class" manufacturers (at varying price points) that we recommend.
Deluxe Class
 		 : Above average, deluxe brand.
Standard Class
 : Average, well built, standard brand.
Basic Class
 		 : Good brand, but more of an economy, discount type.
? Not Rated ? : No knowledge or experience with this brand or company - or the company has not provided us with enough information yet.  This does not necessarily mean that it is a bad spa, we simply cannot rate at this point in time.
Refused : Refused to participate and specifically requested not to be included in our program for one reason or another.  This does not necessarily mean that it is a bad spa.

The following spa brands are all spa manufacturers (at varying price points) that we recommend.  They may not all have dealers in all areas of the United States or Canada but many manufacturers now have dealers overseas as well.  These manufacturers' spas have been checked out by our staff.  We have an ongoing dialog with these manufacturers and feel very comfortable recommending them to others. Any consumer complaints we receive about these manufacturers are attended to immediately by us.
