Our Story
In 1999, Northeast Factory Direct began with a simple idea and a single cherry dining room set.
Stored in a borrowed garage in Lakewood, that first inventory consisted of just 18 pieces. After that first sale founder Alex Nemet discovered a better way to bring high-quality home furnishings to Northeast Ohio by eliminating unnecessary costs to pass the savings directly to customers.
What started in a garage soon grew into a storage unit, then our first warehouse in Cleveland.
Through every stage of growth, one thing has remained unchanged: our commitment to offering exceptional products at unbeatable prices. By carefully selecting trusted manufacturers and operating efficient warehouse-style showrooms, we’re able to provide premium furniture, mattresses, hot tubs, spas, kitchen cabinets, and more without the traditional retail markup.
At Northeast Factory Direct, our mission remains the same as it was from the very beginning: deliver outstanding quality, exceptional value, and a better way to shop for your home.
From our roots in Cleveland, we’ve expanded to serve more communities with locations in Euclid, Macedonia, and North Canton. While we’re proud of how far we’ve come, we’re even more proud to have grown alongside the communities we call home.
